| INSTRUCTIONS: |
| To volunteer as a caddie for the 2009 LPGA Tournament, simply
select (below) the Caddie Volunteer button, and then complete the rest of the
information as indicated. |
| CADDIE SHIFTS: |
Monday 8/24/09 (AM Shotgun),
Wednesday 8/26/09 (AM or PM), and
Thursday 8/27/09(AM or PM)
Caddies will be for amateur players only (amateur player's team up with an LPGA
pro). Each shift is 18 holes. AM tee times range from 7am-9:20, PM tee times
range from 11:40-2pm.
