| INSTRUCTIONS: |
| To volunteer as a caddie for the 2011 LPGA Tournament, simply
select (below) the Caddie Volunteer button, and then complete the rest of the
information as indicated. |
| CADDIE SHIFTS: |
Monday 8/15/11 (Full),
Wednesday 8/17/11 (AM), (PM Full)
Thursday 8/18/11(AM) (PM Full)
Wednesday and Thursday morning shifts run from 5:45am – 1pm
Wednesday and Thursday afternoon shifts run from 10:30pm-7pm
Each shift is 18 holes. Caddies will be for amateur players only (amateur player's team up with an LPGA pro).
